Through my recruitment and education, I have acquired a wide range of skills and competencies in food production and the catering industry.

My recent appointment as a kitchen manager has helped to strengthen my skills as a facilitator / teacher. This appointment has also required my focus on structuring current and future working days, management and guidance of staff, as well as performing independent tasks.

My recent education has meant that I now think interdisciplinary in all respects, why I consider all tasks based on a combination of social sciences, humanities and science.
